In the Finder, click on the Go menu, select Connect to Server.
In the Address field, type in smb://anesfs1.anesthesiology.wisc.edu/<username>, where <username> is your departmental user ID, then click Connect.
Enter your departmental User ID and password in the spaces provided, making sure the Domain is Anesthesiology, click OK.
