Software that will need a Risk Review is any software that does NOT meet the following criteria:
- Cybersecurity's Approved Tools for Exchanging and Storing PHI
- Campus Software
- SMPH Enterprise software (Endnote and Biorender)
- Software that has already been reviewed by SMPH Cybersecurity (they do not have a list yet)

- In order for USS/Anesthesiology IT to monitor your request we advise you to add helpdesk@anesthesia.wisc.edu in the blank Under Deliverable - "Who Else would like to include in this request"
