Several people in the department have received an email with no subject from Roxanne Moermond
Indicating that their mailbox storage has reached 99%.
This is phishing email attempt. Of the many indicators that is a phishing email are:
- Even though the link appears to be valid, it actually directs you to “sibforms.com” site
- The email has no Subject
- The email is from Roxanne Moermond, but generically signed.
- You can’t adjust your Mailbox storage
If you get an email similar to this please report it as a phishing attempt or just delete it.
